Job summary

JAE Philippines, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor in Cavite to lead Foremen and Team Leaders, ensuring execution of the production plan and smooth daily operations.

You will coach staff, resolve issues, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives in line with IATF 16949 and ISO standards. The role requires a degree in engineering and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• With at least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• General knowledge in quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO Standards.
