Job summary

Doxo is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes in our Meycauayan facility. The role focuses on maintaining smooth production flow, equipment reliability, and effective supervision of schedules and personnel.

The ideal candidate has a BS degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience in food production, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office. Willingness to work rotating shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as Production Engineer in food manufacturing.
• Strong critical thinking and leadership skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule if needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall production operations and ensure smooth flow of production.
• Maintain and improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Supervise production schedule, operations and personnel.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and spare parts.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform other tasks related to the Production department.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience as a Production Engineer in any Food Manufacturing Industry
• Must have critical thinking skills and leadership skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule if needed
• Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office)
• Willing to be assigned inMeycauayan, Bulacan/ Sta. Maria, Bulacan/ Quezon City, NCR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the overall operation and ensuring smooth flow of production.

• Supervise production schedule, operation, and personnel.

• Ensures reports are completely and properly done.
