About the Role...

We are currently looking for a motivated and action-oriented Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, the successful candidate will handle the daily oversight of our manufacturing lines, drive process efficiency, and ensure that our production targets are met safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production outputs and ensure that manufacturing targets are achieved.

• Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and reduce material waste or scrap rates.

• Troubleshoot technical issues on the assembly line in coordination with the immediate superior and maintenance team.

• Implement line balancing and process improvements to increase daily efficiency.

• Ensure that all line operations strictly adhere to company safety guidelines and quality standards.

• Prepare daily and weekly production performance reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

• Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience

• Possess good communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead and handle production operators

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Willing to work on-site in MEPZ 2, Basak, Lapu-Lapu City

• Willing to render overtime if necessary
