Job summary

Doxo Ingredients, Inc in Quezon City is seeking a Mechanical/Chemical Engineer with hands-on experience in food manufacturing design. You will design and optimize core systems, support utilities, and lead projects from design through start‑up.

Responsibilities include field data collection, performance testing, and preparing technical drawings and specifications, all while coordinating with maintenance and utilities teams to ensure on‑time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other food manufacturing related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in food manufacturing design.
• Proficient in CAD software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Knowledgeable in GMP and hygienic equipment design.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate and optimize core food manufacturing systems, including automated systems, thermal processing equipment, material handling systems and other related manufacturing processes.
• Conduct field inspections and surveys to collect data and perform performance testing and analysis on equipment.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, schematics and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers on the design and implementation of utilities required to support process equipment.
• Implementation of engineering projects from design through installation, commissioning, and start-up, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Utilities team to establish corrective and preventive maintenance programs for process equipment, including the ordering of spare parts.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned
