Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure procedures, quality standards and targets are met.
• Prepare and maintain Die Casting Quality Reports and related documentation.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze production issues and develop countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Provide technical support and resources to operators and inspectors.
• Conduct product evaluation during trial runs and assess process performance.
• Perform minor machine troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Implement and monitor 5S practices and continuous improvement in production area.
• Train new operators and inspectors on procedures and processes.
• Assist in manpower allocation based on production needs.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.

The role involves analyzing production issues, implementing corrective actions and countermeasures, supporting die casting trials and product evaluation, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and coordinating with operators, inspectors, and other departments to maintain smooth and efficient production operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee daily production activities to ensure compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and production targets.

• Prepare and maintain Die Casting Quality Reports and other production-related documentation.

• Analyze production issues and develop effective countermeasures to prevent recurrence.

• Provide technical support and necessary resources to operators and inspectors.
