Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a data encoding and reporting specialist to support daily production data activities. The role involves updating daily outputs, tracking manning and inventory, and ensuring accurate records for reporting and monitoring of production progress.

You will consolidate data, prepare regular reports, monitor performance indicators, and coordinate with multiple departments to verify data accuracy. Strong Excel and organizational skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course; related fields preferred.
• Experience in data encoding or reporting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Encode and update daily production output, manpower, inventory, and other records.
• Consolidate production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor production output, targets, and performance indicators.
• Check data accuracy and report discrepancies to the concerned personnel.
• Maintain organized production files and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments to verify data.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
