Job summary

J-Mploy Pte Ltd, Toa Payoh, is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to drive sheet metal fabrication projects from order intake to delivery. You will work closely with Production and Sales, review drawings and requirements, coordinate site measurements and deliveries, and proactively resolve delays.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience and a basic grasp of mechanical design and fabrication processes. Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Sat 8:30 AM–12:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication or related mechanical industries.
• Basic understanding of mechanical design and fabrication processes.
• Experience with on-site measurement and sketching for production purposes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fabrication projects from order confirmation to delivery, including project requirements, drawings, production schedules, and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, Sales and Production to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review customer requirements and basic engineering drawings; follow up on any clarification required before production starts.
• Assist in arranging site measurements, deliveries, and installation work where required.
• Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and customers.

Working Hours:

5.5 days' work week

Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Sat 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Annual Bonus

To coordinate steel fabrication projects from order confirmation to delivery, while working closely with the Production team to ensure customer requirements, drawings, materials, production schedules, and deliveries are properly managed.
