Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
• Good reasoning skills to solve practical problems with real-world variables.

• Recording and production activities of the organization based on plan requirements demand to achieve quality records completely and on time
• Leave Forms and other admin related forms for signatories
• Encoding and processing Production Report
• Ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets
• Productivity and Efficiency monitoring Report
• Ensure all forms needed for production operation are complete, available and prepared
• Develop production tracking and quality control systems, analyze production, quality control, and other operational reports, to detect production problems
• Requisition of office supply
• Collecting of over time forms
• Production Monthly Quality Report
• Raw materials Monitoring record
• Coordinates to Production Planning and Control section on production scheduling
• Attendance and Overtime preparation monitoring
• Notifying concerned personnel of areas of non-compliance as to improve the operation being performed.

Qualifications
