You will clean and sanitize surfaces and tools, assist in organizing the commissary, dispose of waste properly, and support production staff with basic cleaning tasks. Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Preferably experience in kitchen, commissary, restaurant, or food production environment.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Wash and properly store kitchen tools, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the commissary.
• Properly dispose of waste and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Support production staff with basic cleaning and utility tasks as needed.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and materials are properly handled and stored.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
