Job summary

Goway Travel is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join our Manila-based team. The role is remote/hybrid and involves loading contracts and allocations, reviewing terms, and collaborating with product managers to ensure accurate data in the system.

The ideal candidate has a Hospitality/Tourism degree, Tourplan experience, at least 1 year in travel, and strong English communication, analytics, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Tourplan background experience.
• 1 year travel industry experience, preferably in contract loading.
• Familiarity with travel industry systems and tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to conduct internet research with computer skills.
• Highly detail oriented and able to concentrate for long periods.

PRODUCT SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Job Purpose

What will be your key responsibilities

Product Loading

• Work various tickets as assigned.
• Work on various supplier contracts and allocations into the database as assigned.
• Review terms and conditions of contracts, pinpoint any potential problem areas and handle them in a proactive manner.
• Liaise with Product Managers where necessary.
• Perform Quality Control on contracts to assure that all products are loaded in the database correctly.
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations in Product Loading.

What are we looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's or a College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Candidates must have a Tourplan background experience.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the travel industry, preferably in contract loading.
• Familiarity with travel industry systems and tools is an advantage.
• Must work well independently in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
