Alliance Cebu is seeking a motivated product associate to plan and execute product strategies, working closely with marketing and sales teams in Cebu City. You will help position the product, gather insights, and support campaigns and webinars.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partners, onboarding resellers, and translating customer feedback into product improvements while delivering on targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with software solutions or technology products is a plus but not required.

• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Plans and carries out product strategies, including how to present the product in a way that makes it stand out in the market.
• Reviews market trends, customer needs, and competitors to help guide product improvements and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing team on product campaigns, webinars, events, and thought-leadership content to generate qualified leads.
• Identify, onboard, support and manage business partners and resellers for each product/service assigned.
• Work closely with customers and sales team and translate insights and feedback into product improvements, feature enhancements, and roadmap priorities.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to understand client requirements, pain points, and business processes.
• Help create training materials so both team members and clients can easily understand how the product works and what it offers.
• Provide product support to sales team during client meetings, demos, and proposal development.
• Regularly updates the management team with reports on product sales progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success Team to ensure smooth client handover and product implementation.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to contribute to solution/service improvements.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools and other relevant technology.
• Deliver product sales revenue based on agreed targets and quotas.
