Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager for on-site work in Quezon City. The role focuses on building and sustaining client relationships, managing IT product accounts, and driving revenue through targeted sales strategies and product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in sales or account management within IT or business automation software, with strong negotiation and cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or IT related course.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management for IT products.
• Familiar with product development lifecycles and frameworks.
• Affinity towards different aspects of marketing.
• Strong research and analytical skills; cross-team collaboration.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Flexible and agile in task management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads who fit the target market for assigned products.
• Manage and maintain the client base to sustain sales efforts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals, as well managing renewals and upsells.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the product expert by staying up to date with product updates and development progress.
• Collaborate with the product development team, providing client feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with other sales and technical teams as a product champion, exploring BD opportunities.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
