Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Philippines is seeking a dynamic oncology sales professional to drive demand, achieve sales budgets, and strengthen market presence.

You will cover the territory, ensure on-time medicine availability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the strategy. Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Business; experience: 3–5 years in Oncology sales; skills: strong customer focus, KOL engagement, and proven ability to meet targets through organized programs

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer coverage and execute marketing activities per strategy.
• Facilitate timely availability of medicines.
• Comply with regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of samples.

Job Description

• Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company.
• Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
• Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory.
• Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy.
• Facilitating on-time availability of medicines.
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Science or Business

Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology
