Job summary

Dr Reddy's Laboratories in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic oncology sales professional to drive demand and achieve assigned budgets.

You will develop deep knowledge of the oncology market, engage KOLs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales and marketing programs within your territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Science or Business and 3–5 years of oncology sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering broader territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science or Business.
• Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company.
• Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
• Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory.
• Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy.
• Facilitating on-time availability of medicines.
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc
