RBGM Medical Express Sales, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Product Training Specialist / Company Nurse to deliver product training and provide basic healthcare and occupational health support to employees.

You will develop training materials, conduct face-to-face and online sessions, maintain health records, respond to medical emergencies, and assist in safety and wellness programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• RN licensed required for Company Nurse role.
• BCOM certificate required.
• Experience in product training, healthcare, or occupational health is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update product training materials, presentations, and guides.

• Provide coaching and product support to Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
• Conduct field visits and assess product knowledge and training needs.
• Monitor training effectiveness, attendance, and employee progress.
• Coordinate product orientations with principals and suppliers.
• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees.
• Respond to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
• Maintain employee health records and coordinate medical referrals and follow-ups.
• Assist in occupational health, safety, wellness, and health awareness programs.
• Maintain first-aid supplies and required health documentation.
