Winterpine Marketing Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a highly organized Retail Company Product and Sales Assistant to provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Retail Company Product & Sales Head.

This role will assist in the execution of product strategies, sales programs, product launches, promotional activities, and performance monitoring across all Retail Business Units (RBUs).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, product management, sales support, marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, telecommunications, consumer products, or related industries is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of product management, sales operations, pricing, promotions, and commercial activities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling reports and product information.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and coordination requirements.
• Willing to work with different departments and Retail Business Units.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Retail Company Product & Sales Head.
• Assist in planning and execution of product launches, promotions, sales programs, and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate with Retail Business Units and departments regarding product and sales activities.
• Prepare and consolidate product, sales, and performance reports from different RBUs.
• Monitor product sales, adoption, and performance against targets and identify variances for review.
• Assist in preparing sales and product presentations, reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Maintain updated product information, pricing, lists, and other commercial documents.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of product announcements, updates, guidelines, and sales materials.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating requirements, timelines, and follow-ups with concerned teams.
• Assist in developing product bundles, promotional materials, sales tools, and other sales enablement materials.
• Track the implementation and completion of sales campaigns, product initiatives, and promotional programs.
• Assist in monitoring sales incentive and recognition programs and maintain related records.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support product and sales planning.
• Gather feedback from RBUs and sales teams regarding product performance, customer needs, and market concerns.
• Maintain organized records of product documents, reports, presentations, and commercial activities.
• Follow up with concerned stakeholders to ensure timely completion of product and sales-related requirements.
• Perform other product, sales, and administrative tasks that may be assigned by the Retail Company Product & Sales Head.
