AIA Shared Services in Makati is seeking a CS Product Portfolio Consultant to drive the performance of the Corporate Solutions product portfolio, leveraging data analytics to optimize profitability and value.

You will collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting and Sales, develop governance, and manage data reporting. A strong background in insurance metrics and proficiency in Excel and Power BI are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance or a data-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in insurance or corporate employee benefits.
• Strong data analytics skills with MS Excel and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Track and report product portfolio performance and experience indicators.
• Evaluate cross-channel performance and incentive distributions.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting and Sales to update products.
• Develop and review CS Portfolio Management Framework and procedures.
• Automate reports and data collection with validated data sources.
