Job summary

AIA is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager in Manila to drive the Corporate Solutions product portfolio. You will leverage data analytics to optimize profitability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide product updates and portfolio governance.

Join a team focused on data-driven decision making, portfolio performance tracking, and strategic planning to support growth across Asia. The role is based in Makati with close partnership to actuarial, underwriting and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mathematics, Finance or data-related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an insurance or corporate employee benefits setting.
• Strong data analytics capabilities using MS Excel and BI tools (Power BI); SQL is an advantage.
• Knowledge of insurance products and metrics; ownership of portfolio initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze and report product and portfolio performance to optimize profitability.
• Evaluate cross-channel performance and incentive structures for alignment with financial baselines.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting and Sales to translate data into product updates.
• Support mid-term business planning and ensure portfolio targets align with forecasts.
• Develop and review CS Portfolio Management Framework, Policy and Procedures.
• Establish data collection and automated reporting with stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc data analyses and drive transformation activities.
