Job summary

AIA is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to drive performance of the Corporate Solutions product portfolio using data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. You will help optimize product mix, monitor profitability, and coordinate with actuarial, underwriting and sales to translate insights into actionable portfolio improvements.

The role requires strong Excel and BI skills, along with experience in insurance metrics and portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance or a data-related field.
5+ years of experience in insurance or corporate employee benefits.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and metrics; ownership of portfolio initiatives.
Advanced data analytics using Excel and BI tools; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Track, analyze and report on product and portfolio performance to adjust mix and profitability.
Evaluate cross-channel performance and incentive distributions.
Coordinate with Actuarial on VONB and GOE factors and margins.
Partner with Actuarial, Underwriting and Sales to translate data into product updates and actions.
Support mid-term business plans ensuring alignment with forecasts.
Develop and review CS Portfolio Management Framework and procedures.
Establish data collection and auto-report processes with stakeholders.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and drive transformation activities.
