Job summary

Globe Group is seeking a Portfolio Manager in the Philippines to define and prioritize the product backlog and deliver the product roadmap for the A2P & API segment. You will represent the voice of the customer and ensure products meet market needs, with go-to-market messaging and launch plans aligned to revenue goals.

You will build backlog, manage requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful iterations and continuous product relevance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Business Economics/Computer Science/Engineering/Accounting/Marketing.
• Experience in IT/Telco industries and product management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of products, technologies, profitability and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates demand forecast and defines standard product specifications and service levels.
• Creates and manages the product backlog and defines user stories and features.
• Sets backlog priorities based on customer needs and business goals.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into acceptance criteria.
• Develops and maintains the product roadmap aligned with stakeholders.
• Participates in sprint planning and guides the development team.
• Engages stakeholders, communicates updates, and manages expectations.
• Leads product launches and monitors performance metrics for improvements.
