Job summary

Suy Sing Commercial Corporation is seeking a Head of Product Development to oversee strategy, development, and rollout of customer-facing products, including the Suy Sing Superapp and related digital services. The role ensures seamless project management and cross-functional collaboration to meet growth goals.

The Head will drive product strategy, coordinate with tech teams, and lead end-to-end delivery from planning to launch, focusing on user-friendly experiences and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in product development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap - Define and own the roadmap for the online ordering platform (Suy Sing Superapp), ensuring it supports business goals and scalability.
• Online Platform Experience - Lead improvements in customer journey, UI/UX, and functionality of the platform across registration, product search, order flow, payment and fulfillment.
• Project Management - Oversee end-to-end execution of key initiatives with milestones and timelines.
• Program Launch & Readiness - Ensure readiness across teams before launch and conduct trainings as needed.
• Tech Coordination - Work with internal/external tech teams for timelines, feature updates, and issue resolution.
• Product Monitoring & Iteration - Monitor adoption and feedback to drive improvements and feature enhancements.
