Shopee in the Philippines is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead end-to-end AI initiatives within Regional Operations or with R&D support when deeper engineering is required.

You will identify high‑impact use cases with Ops, translate them into clear product requirements, drive from concept to POC to full rollout, and monitor outcomes to inform future projects and scaling across markets. This role also leads adoption through training, governance, and sharing best practices regionally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience working on AI-related analytics or product management.
• Experience in product management, operations, or AI/automation projects, ideally with LLM-based solutions.
• Strong grasp of business processes and the ability to translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a fact- and data-driven approach to defining metrics and storytelling to leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across Ops, Product, and technical teams.
• A builder mindset: curious, pragmatic, and eager to experiment and iterate.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver AI solutions end to end with clear requirements and stakeholder alignment.
• Measure and govern AI performance with metrics and monitoring.
• Scale successful initiatives regionally, documenting best practices and playbooks.
• Drive AI adoption through training, workshops, and hands-on coaching and manage the AI budget wisely.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline

2+ years of AI analytics or product management experience

Experience in product management, operations, or AI/automation projects (LLM-based preferred)

Strong analytical and structured thinking with data-driven approach

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication

Builder mindset: curious, pragmatic, and iterative
