Function: ERP Service Positioning, Technical IP Strategy & Partner Marketing
Department: Product Marketing
Shared Service Brand: Stockton10 (NetSuite Support, Audit & Optimization)
The Product Marketing Manager for Stockton10 is the strategic lead for our NetSuite service ecosystem. In the high-stakes world of ERP consulting, "Generalist Marketing" fails; your mission is to build Technical Authority. You own the Narrative Pitch for Stockton10’s three core pillars: Support, Audit, and Optimization. You are responsible for ensuring that the RevGen and Brand teams are equipped with "Weapons-Grade" technical content that proves our reliability and depth of expertise. You bridge the gap between our NetSuite Consultants and the "Frustrated" prospect who needs an ERP that actually works.
2026 OGSM Alignment
- Objective: To achieve Solution Selling Maturity and establish Stockton10 as the "Industry Standard" for NetSuite reliability.
- Goals: * Architect the Level 4 IP Assets (Technical Whitepapers, ERP Health Check Frameworks).
*Standardize the Technical Narrative Pitch across all Stockton10 touchpoints.
*Drive Expansion Revenue by identifying cross-sell opportunities within the NetSuite lifecycle.
- Strategy: Shifting from "Selling Hours" to "Selling Reliability & ROI" by leveraging technical battlecards, ROI calculators, and risk-mitigation narratives.
- Primary Metrics: Product-Market Fit Score, Sales Asset Utilization, Win Rate vs. Big-4/Boutique Competitors, and Marketing-Sourced Opportunity Value.
Key Responsibilities & Functions
A. Technical Positioning & Narrative Pitch
- Reliability Architecture: Define exactly how Stockton10 delivers on the 4 Pillars (Impact, Cost, Capabilities, Efficiency) within the NetSuite environment.
- The "Chaos to Clarity" Narrative: Develop the messaging that reframes an "underperforming ERP" as a business risk, positioning Stockton10’s Audit and Support as the essential insurance policy for growth.
- Service Packaging: Collaborate with the CMO to bundle technical services into "Entry Point" offers (e.g., The 48-Hour NetSuite Health Check) that the RevGen team can use to open doors.
B. Technical IP & Sales Enablement
- IP Roadmap Partnership: Work with the Content Lead to author high-density Level 4 IP. You provide the technical "Meat" for whitepapers on topics like "SuiteTax Compliance," "Inventory Management ROI," or "ERP Data Migration Risks."
- Competitive Battlecards: Maintain a real-time database of NetSuite Partner competitors. Provide Sales with the "Kill-Points" needed to win against larger, slower firms or cheaper, lower-quality offshore providers.
- Technical Case Studies: Lead the "Impact Story" process for Stockton10, ensuring that case studies move beyond "We fixed it" to "We optimized $X amount of cash flow through automated reconciliation."
C. Partner Marketing & Ecosystem Growth
- Oracle/NetSuite Alignment: Manage the marketing relationship within the NetSuite ecosystem. Ensure Stockton10 is leveraging partner co-marketing funds, badges, and portal listings to maximize "Shared Authority."
- Lifecycle Marketing: Map the NetSuite buyer journey (Selection > Implementation > Optimization > Support) and ensure the RevGen team has specific content for each "Stage of Frustration."
- Feedback Loop: Act as the "Market Voice" for the technical team, identifying which NetSuite modules or third-party integrations (e.g., Celigo, Avalara) we should build new IP around based on prospect demand.
B2B Standards & Requirements
- Experience: 6–8 years in Product Marketing specifically for ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Oracle), FinTech, or high-level Technical Consulting.
- Technical Mastery: * NetSuite Literacy: You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand NetSuite modules, licensing structures, and common pain points (e.g., saved search errors, multi-book accounting).
- Value Selling: Mastery of B2B positioning frameworks (e.g., Value-Based Pricing, The Challenger Sale).
- HubSpot Sales Hub: Proficiency in managing sales enablement assets within a CRM.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to build ROI Calculators and "Cost of Inaction" models that justify high-ticket ERP consulting fees.
- Writing Prowess: Ability to write with "Technical Authority"—your copy must sound like it was written by an expert, for an expert.
Background & Performance Indicators
- Ideal Background: A product marketer from a NetSuite partner, an ERP vendor, or a technical SaaS company. You understand that CFOs are the "Economic Buyer" and their primary drivers are risk mitigation and financial visibility.
- Success Indicator (6 Months): Successful rollout of a "Level 4" Stockton10 Whitepaper, a 15% increase in lead-to-opportunity conversion through better sales tools, and a standardized "NetSuite Pitch Deck" used by all senior consultants.
- Core Mindset: Shifting from "We support NetSuite" to "We ensure your ERP is a profit driver, not a cost center." You are the architect of Stockton10’s technical competitive advantage.
