Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Product Manager to lay the foundations of trust across its Philippine platform. You will define how drivers and riders are verified, how fraud is detected, and how frontline teams receive the tooling they need to resolve issues at scale.

You will work with CS, Policy & Compliance, and Ops to ship features that unlock growth while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance across identities, accounts, and transactions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, with 1–2 years owning technical/platform products.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to independently query data warehouses.
• Experience with APIs, authentication flows, and cross-system state propagation.
• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude/Looker/Tableau/Data Studio) and experimentation.
• Familiarity with fraud detection concepts, and KYC/identity verification processes.
• Solid UI/UX understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own User Trust and Platform roadmap across identity, fraud, onboarding, and activation.
• Prioritize work by impact vs effort with CS, Policy & Compliance, and Ops.
• Define KPI framework for activation, fraud loss, support time, and CSAT.
• Oversee identity verification and account state propagation across apps.
• Develop fraud detection tooling and back-office surfaces with audit trails.
• Improve onboarding funnels to move time-to-first-trip and first-booking.
• Shape cross-functional alignment and treat internal teams as customers.
• Ensure compliance and data privacy across platform actions.
