Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the AML/CFT and KYC onboarding initiatives in a fintech context. You will drive risk scoring, regulatory translation, and the integration of fraud detection & SAR/STR workflows.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk Ops, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions that balance user onboarding with strict regulatory adherence in the Philippine market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably fintech/payments/crypto.
• Strong understanding of AML / CFT frameworks, KYC / KYB processes, and transaction monitoring.
• Experience building or managing risk engines, fraud systems, or compliance platforms.
• Familiarity with Philippines regulations (BSP / AMLC) or similar regimes.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for AML/CFT, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and SAR/STR systems.
• Design and optimize risk-scoring frameworks across onboarding and transaction lifecycle.
• Partner with Compliance to translate BSP / AMLC regulations into scalable product features.
• Build and improve KYC/KYB onboarding flows (individual & business).
• Balance conversion with compliance, reducing friction without increasing risk.
• Define and implement fraud detection strategies and collaborate with data teams on rules engines and alerting systems.
• Improve real-time monitoring capabilities for transactions and user behavior.
