Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig is seeking a Product Manager for Learning and Enablement Production (B2B AU Telco) to design and maintain learning content, sales enablement assets, and migrate content from BigTinCan to a new platform. Onsite work with day shifts.

You will build SCORM modules, run virtual trainings in Teams, manage SharePoint hosting, and collaborate with SMEs and marketing to produce guides and job aids.

Qualifications

• Experience building eLearning / SCORM modules.
• LMS administration experience (Showpad or Seismic preferred).
• Clear instructional writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Document processes for system enablement from SME input.
• Build learning modules and resources, including SCORM files.
• Create guides, job aids and learning materials.
• Convert existing learning into new formats and translate where required.
• Upload courses, track versions and keep content current.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and manage breakout rooms in Teams.
• Support training rollouts and enablement programs.
• Support SharePoint to host sales materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create how‑to guides.
• Work with marketing on sales enablement content.
• Drive onboarding projects across the SE team and create tools.

Work setup & shift: Onsite work setup | Day shift

Overview

We are building a new team to support a dynamic challenger in the Australian telco space. The client serves mid‑market to large enterprise customers and is dedicated to building a sustainable, high‑performance environment in the Philippines. As part of this effort, the Product Manager will create and maintain learning content, sales enablement and system enablement assets, and manage content migration from BigTinCan to a new sales enablement platform.

Responsibilities

• Document processes from SME input for system enablement
• Build learning modules and resources, including SCORM files
• Create guides, job aids and learning materials
• Convert existing learning into new formats and translate where required
• Upload courses, track versions and keep content current
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and manage breakout rooms in Microsoft Teams
• Support training rollouts and enablement programs
• Support SharePoint build to host all sales operational material
• Collaborate with system and process SMEs to create and document how‑to guides
• Work with marketing on sales enablement content
• Drive the onboarding project across the SE team and create relevant tools and assets

Qualifications

• Experience building eLearning / SCORM modules
• Sales enablement platform administration or LMS experience (Showpad or Seismic preferred)
• Microsoft Teams facilitation and breakout room management (mandatory)
• Clear instructional writing and documentation skills
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
