Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience taking products/features from ideation through execution and optimization.
• Strong analytical ability with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, product metrics, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Strong product sense and ability to identify meaningful customer problems and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and data-driven decision making.

• Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, business objectives, market trends, and data.
• Drive the product lifecycle from problem discovery and ideation to execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.

About The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to drive high-impact product initiatives for our Equity business. This role requires a strong combination of product thinking, customer obsession, analytical rigor, and execution excellence — identifying opportunities, shaping product strategy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable with product funnel analysis, identifying conversion and engagement opportunities, and using data to drive product decisions. Experience or understanding of WealthTech, Trading, Investments, or Brokerage is a strong advantage.

What you'll own:

• Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, business objectives, market trends, and data
• Drive the product lifecycle from problem discovery and ideation to execution, launch, measurement, and iteration
• Develop product hypotheses, define success metrics, and build structured approaches to solving customer and business problems

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Strong ownership, structured thinking, and bias toward execution
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities

Good-to-haves:

• Experience in brokerage, wealth-tech, trading, investments or other fintech products
• Experience working on high‑scale consumer products
• Exposure to experimentation frameworks, cohort analysis, and advanced product analytics
