• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and partner with Hiring Managers to define the right candidate profile.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate closure.
• Source and engage relevant candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and role fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to collect feedback and move candidates efficiently through the process.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring data.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

The Role: Lead Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition with 5+ years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and partnering closely with Hiring Managers to build high-performing teams.
