Job summary

Argusoft is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for Arog, a clinic management product in the design-partner phase. You will own the product direction from discovery through launch and adoption, collaborating with engineering, design and leadership to scale across clinics.

The role involves conducting field research, validating problems, and shaping a simpler, AI-enhanced workflow with structured data capture while coordinating with MEDplat and ABDM Connector initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, including at least 2 years owning product.
• Evidence that you have shipped a product/module/process with an implemented deliverable.
• Excellent product discovery, user research, workflow design, prioritization and analytical skills.
• High ownership and ability to align engineering, design, clinical, implementation and commercial stakeholders.
• Technical fluency; you can read an API spec and discuss data exchange with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own Arog's product vision, strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Lead field research with doctors, clinic staff and patients to validate problems.
• Lead the revamp focusing on simplified consultation, prescription, documentation and data capture.
• Identify and validate practical AI opportunities with clinical review and privacy safeguards.
• Translate insights into prototypes, priorities, product requirements and release plans.
