Getwingapp is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end product development for B2B SaaS and AI-driven solutions. You will identify customer problems, define specifications, and drive cross‑functional teams from idea to launch.

You will prototype with tools like Figma, Claude, and Lovable, interpreting API docs and data models to deliver high‑quality integrations and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive products from customer problem identification through product decision‑making to detailed specifications and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Write detailed engineering‑ready specs covering edge cases, data constraints, integrations, and acceptance criteria.
• Prototype rapidly using tools like Figma, Claude, Lovable to visualize features.
• Read API documentation and reason about data models, integrations, OAuth, webhooks, and system constraints.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and inform prioritization decisions.
• Push back on stakeholders with reasoned arguments to protect product integrity.
• Lead initiatives in fast‑moving startups with limited resources.

About the Role

We are seeking exceptional hands‑on Product Managers with 3–8 years of experience in owning B2B SaaS, AI, workflow automation, vertical SaaS, healthcare software, or technically complex products end to end. The ideal candidate will personally navigate the entire product development lifecycle, from identifying customer problems to delivering measurable outcomes. • Rapidly prototype using tools such as Figma, Claude, Lovable, or similar to visualize product features.
• Read and interpret API documentation and reason about data models, integrations, OAuth, webhooks, and system constraints.
• Conduct personal QA on delivered features and products to ensure they meet customer needs and quality standards.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, handle challenges, and make informed prioritization decisions.
• Effectively push back on stakeholders, including founders and executives, with reasoned arguments to ensure product integrity and focus.
• Close open feedback loops aggressively instead of allowing them to languish in a backlog.
• Lead product initiatives in fast‑moving startup environments, managing meaningful product areas with limited resources.
• Explore opportunities for product improvement based on customer behavior, adoption rates, revenue, retention, and efficiency metrics.
• 3–8 years of hands‑on product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to ship products from inception to market, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in writing detailed specifications and QA processes.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Claude, or similar.
• Technical fluency in reading API documentation and understanding system integrations.
• Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and engage with cross‑functional teams.

• Experience in fast‑paced startups, particularly in roles with ownership of product areas.
• Familiarity with AI agents, healthcare software, EHR/PMS/RCM, and related technologies is a strong plus.

• Ability to handle messy customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights.
• Experience in AI and LLM product development.
• Familiarity with scheduling, voice/telephony, and desktop/mobile products.
• Prior experience in roles that required significant problem‑solving and analytical skills.
