Primary product: Arog | Digital health portfolio: MEDplat and ABDM Connector

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, discovery-led Product Manager to lead the next phase of Arog, our

clinic management product, currently in design-partner phase. You will understand the realities of

Indian clinical practice, validate product ideas, simplify clinical workflows and data collection, and

identify meaningful AI-assisted capabilities. You will report directly to Argusoft's CEO, Adit Ravi. Your

primary role will be owning Arog's product direction from discovery through launch and adoption.

Secondarily, you will contribute to select initiatives across

Argusoft's other healthcare products:

MEDplat, and ABDM Connector, an adapter that helps digital health solutions transact with the

national framework for sharing EHRs.

Location: Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, Gujarat (with in-city travel for clinic visits) | Full-time

made. In two years' time you should have a product you owned end to end, having helped take it

Key responsibilities

• Own Arog's product vision, strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes. Work closely with engineering pod, design team and corporate leadership to scale Arog beyond 10 clinics in the next 12 months.
• Conduct field research with doctors, clinic staff and patients; observe workflows and validate problems before committing to solutions.
• Lead the Arog revamp with a focus on simpler consultation, prescription, clinical documentation and structured data-capture experiences.
• Identify and validate practical AI opportunities, with appropriate clinical review, user control, privacy safeguards and quality measures.
• Translate insights into prototypes, priorities, product requirements and release plans; work closely with design, engineering, clinical and implementation teams.
• Define target segments, differentiation, packaging, pilots and product metrics; partner with commercial teams to make the product go-to-market ready.
• Contribute selectively, roughly 20% of your time, scoped quarterly with the CEO, to MEDplat's productization and to the ABDM Connector's partner and developer experience.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience, including at least 2 years owning product. An ideal profile is roughly 2 years in a generalist analytical role- consulting, strategy, analytics, healthcare operations or founding-team work, followed by 2 or more years in product management.
• Evidence that you have taken something from ambiguity to a shipped, used outcome: a product, a module, a process, or a client engagement with an implemented deliverable.
• Excellent product discovery, user research, workflow design, prioritization and analytical skills.
• High ownership and the ability to align engineering, design, clinical, implementation and commercial stakeholders.
• Technical fluency, you can read an API spec, reason about how systems exchange data, and hold your own in a technical trade-off discussion with engineers.

Preferred experience

• Product management at a Series B to Series F stage company, or a comparable product past early validation and under scaling pressure.
• Strong understanding of Indian clinic, EMR/EHR, healthcare-delivery or public-health workflows.
• AI-assisted clinical, documentation or operational workflows, including evaluation and human review.
• ABDM, ABHA, HIP/HIU workflows, FHIR or healthcare interoperability; familiarity with the DPDP Act 2023 and health-data consent.
