Job summary

Synmosa Biopharma Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Product Manager to own the product roadmap from concept to launch, aligning customer needs with corporate goals. You will translate market insights into detailed requirements, drive product launches with Sales and executives, and prioritize activities based on impact to grow market share and customer satisfaction.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and R&D to ensure timely delivery and measurable success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in market research and trend analysis.
• Good organizational and leadership skills.
