Job summary

Hyphens Pharma Philippines, Inc. is seeking a product management and marketing professional to drive strategy for category product lines, improve sales and profitability, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

You will manage social media, develop sales tools, train the sales team, and coordinate campaigns with internal and external groups, ensuring timely production of marketing collaterals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Preferably with minimum of 2 years work experience in product management and marketing expertise from a pharmaceutical/healthcare company.
• Strong presentation and communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and tactics to grow category product lines and profitability.
• Spearhead management of company social media accounts and assist the operation of on-going e-commerce line.
• Create sales tools (brochures, detailing aid storyline, gimmicks, updated training materials) and prepare promo grid to support the Sales Force and the customers and to address any product line issues.
• Evaluate the effectivity of marketing programs, analyse market information and provide competitive report and price trends.
• Provide product expertise to fully assist the Sales Team and target customers through product training and refresher course.
• Aid in the management of internal and external groups to assure that marketing tactics are executed effectively.
• Keep track and update the inventory of marketing collaterals and suggest timeline of production.
• Assist in running cross-functional Product Management meetings.
