Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Program Manager for Product Management to oversee credit card product clusters and customer segment portfolios in Metro Manila. You will align with the bank's strategy, manage lifecycle, and collaborate with technology, marketing, sales, and analytics to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will define roadmaps, translate business requirements into user stories, manage budgets and pricing, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product development, loyalty, and rewards.
• Knowledge in marketing management, product management, finance, data analysis, and project management.

• Defines product cluster or customer segment portfolio strategy and roadmap.
• Understands customer needs, identifies market trends, and monitors competitive activity.

• Owns day-to-day management and continuous improvement of program features.

• Identifies opportunities for product improvements and drives innovation initiatives.
• Translates business requirements into user stories, process flows, and customer journeys.
• Prepares documentation, approvals, and post-implementation reports.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Technology.
• Escalates risks, issues, and dependencies impacting delivery.
