Job summary

Shopee in Manila is seeking a Product Analyst for the AI Implementation team. You will support planning, orchestration, and delivery of internal AI-driven tools to optimize workflows and automate routine tasks.

You'll bridge product management and project coordination, turning business needs into scalable automation, while coordinating with engineering and design to keep initiatives on schedule. Fresh grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 0-5 years of experience in product/project management, operations, tech-adjacent roles, or related fields; fresh graduates welcome.
• AI & Tech Literacy: Understanding of automation tools, LLMs, or tech platforms (coding not required).
• Data background in data analysis, data manipulation, or visualization is a strong plus.
• Process-driven with Jira/Asana familiarity and testing processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify Opportunities & Build Business Cases: uncover workflow bottlenecks and pitch data-backed AI solutions.
• Manage Product & Project Lifecycles: own end-to-end delivery using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Lead Rollouts & UAT: coordinate end-to-end testing and rollout of new AI tools.
• Drive Adoption & Iteration: create training docs and SOPs; monitor user feedback for improvements.
• Support Cross-Functional Coordination: act as bridge between developers and internal users; track action items.
• Monitor Performance: track adoption KPIs and analyze variances to inform enhancements.
