Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a product-minded professional to own BRD creation, feature requests, and stakeholder alignment. You will drive UAT/QA and coordinate with regional product and development teams to ensure smooth releases.

You'll manage end-to-end feature rollouts, collaborate with operations, tech and BI to identify improvements, and monitor user feedback to iterate and optimize the product continually.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product management or related roles in tech or platform-based companies.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and testing processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with UAT, QA, and product rollout processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and submission of BRDs and feature requests with stakeholders.
• Lead UAT and QA to ensure release readiness.
• Coordinate with regional product and development teams.
• Manage end-to-end rollout of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and optimize.
