Job summary

HRTx Inc in Taguig City is seeking a Product Commercialization Lead to drive end-to-end product launches and coordinate with commercial, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing teams for timely delivery aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years in product commercialization or related fields, with strong project management, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities suited to a fast-paced FMCG environment. This onsite role follows a dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in product commercialization, project management, supply chain coordination, or marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of production planning, material management, and cross-functional project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end coordination of product commercialization activities for new launches and existing product initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to assess operational readiness, production feasibility, and material availability.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment across departments involved in execution.
• Monitor production milestones, including trials, validation runs, and commercial deployment activities.
• Ensure packaging materials, artwork approvals, and production requirements are completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or supply constraints and implement mitigation plans to minimize business impact.
• Provide regular updates on project status, execution risks, and critical dependencies to management and stakeholders.
