Job summary

RTX Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Product Engineer - NPI to analyze engineering change packages, provide disposition, and ensure accurate product configuration across programs; you will coordinate with planning systems (SAP/JDE) to feed master schedules and material requirements.

Onsite at First Philippine Industrial Park, you will prepare electronics work instructions, process documents, and desktop procedures, while collaborating with engineering, purchasing and manufacturing and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals.
• Multi skilled with other function within work area.
• Knowledgeable in Engineering Tools: Proficient on the CORE analytical tools & techniques required for the job, Lean Application, QC Tools, FMEA and Teamcenter.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with modelled engineering data and configuration control through a PLM system.
• Understanding of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
• With at least a year in his/her current position.

• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure safety and well-being of self and others.
