Nutra-finity Corporation is seeking an innovative Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end development of new FMCG products—from concept to market launch. This role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver consumer-focused products that drive growth.

You will oversee product lifecycle, manage timelines and budgets, conduct market research, and mentor a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years FMCG experience in product development or brand management.
• Knowledge of consumer insights, product lifecycle, and regulatory standards.
• Proven skills in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with leadership and creativity.
