The role requires strong leadership, market research, and project management to ensure on-time, compliant launches and profitable results, with mentoring responsibilities for team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years' FMCG experience in product development, innovation, or brand management.
• Strong knowledge of consumer insights, product lifecycle, and regulatory standards.
• Proven skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership, business acumen, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and lifecycle management (innovation, renovation, cost optimization).
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and track competitor activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, compliant product launches.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and profitability targets.
• Monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements.
• Present business cases and updates to senior management while mentoring team members.
