Peerless Products Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a Brand Manager to lead brand strategies, product launches, and market initiatives. You will work with Marketing Directors and cross-functional teams to craft plans that drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and achieve commercial goals.
The role emphasizes end-to-end brand management, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and external agencies to optimize ROI across channels.
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand equity, and achieve commercial objectives. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role leads brand planning, product innovation, and integrated marketing initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across all channels.
Develop and implement annual brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end brand management, including product launches, portfolio management, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and brand performance to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage the brand's marketing budget, monitor campaign performance, and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with creative, media, research, and other external agency partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular business reviews, reports, and presentations for management.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and consumer touchpoints.
Identify opportunities for product innovation, line extensions, and portfolio optimization based on market and consumer insights.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
