Job summary

SANKO GOSEI PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an experienced Product Engineering professional to supervise and guide engineering staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

You will plan and monitor new product development from customer requirements through production launch, optimize injection molding processes, review drawings, and drive corrective actions to sustain quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical guidance to Product Engineering personnel to ensure work assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor new product development activities from customer requirement review through production launch.
• Develop project schedules and monitor engineering progress to ensure milestones and customer delivery requirements are achieved.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and product requirements to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
• Manage engineering documentation, drawing revisions, and product specifications to maintain document accuracy and traceability.
• Evaluate mold designs, mold specifications, and tooling requirements to support new product development.
• Establish and optimize injection molding process parameters based on material characteristics and product requirements.
• Lead mold trial evaluations, process validation, and engineering investigations to ensure stable production conditions.
• Analyze molding defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Tooling, Purchasing, Sales, and customers to resolve engineering concerns and ensure successful project implementation.
