Job summary

Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (PSSLAI) is seeking a results-driven Partnerships Manager to expand our merchant network and broaden product offerings for Members, driving revenue growth and member value.

You will identify opportunities, onboard partners, and coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive loan products and enhance market reach. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in marketing and business development, especially partnerships.
• Experience in high-value product sales, Real Estate or Automotive industries is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall development, management, promotion, and acceptance of the Association’s partner merchants to expand our product offerings to Members and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifies business opportunities and initiate partnership with potential merchants, institutions, or organizations that will expand the market opportunities of existing and new regular loan products of PSSLAI.
• Facilitates on-boarding of new partner merchants, institutions, or organizations for accreditation to the Association and vise versa.
• Conceptualize and strategize on how to promote and grow the sales potential of the partnership.
• Address the partner’s needs to further enhance the offering to our Members.
• Coordinates with various departments in the implementation of activities and/or development/enhancement of new/existing product lines as assigned.
• Determine, analyzes, monitors current and new products in the market to ensure competitiveness of the Association’s traditional loan product line.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the assigned product line.
• Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Management or Marketing
• Extensive training and experience in marketing and business development, particularly in partnerships.
• Previous business development or sales experience in high-value products, particularly in the Real Estate and Automotive industries, an advantage.
• Excellent and effective written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in computer operations and applications.
• High degree of organizational and analytical skills.
