Job summary

Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (PSSLAI) is seeking a results-driven Partnerships Manager to expand our merchant network and broaden product offerings for Members, driving revenue growth and member value.

You will identify opportunities, onboard partners, and coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive loan products and enhance market reach. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in marketing and business development, especially partnerships.
• Experience in high-value product sales, Real Estate or Automotive industries is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Hardworking, innovative, results-oriented and positive attitude.
• Excellent public relations and rapport with peers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and initiate partnerships with merchants, institutions, or organizations to expand market opportunities.
• Facilitate onboarding of new partner merchants for accreditation and mutual alignment.
• Conceptualize and strategize to promote and grow partnership sales potential.
• Address partner needs to enhance offerings for members.
• Coordinate with departments to implement activities and develop product lines.
• Analyze current and new products to ensure competitiveness of loan products.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the assigned product line.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct superior.
