Job summary

Tonik Bank is seeking a Product Content Manager in the Philippines to own website content, app interface copy, and brand voice across products and features. You will partner with Product Managers to develop materials for new offerings and enhancements.

You will lead content quality, perform user research, and execute A/B tests to optimize the user experience across mobile and web.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in human-centered product companies.
• Experience in Marketing or a startup/fintech environment is a plus.
• Outstanding UX ability, visual design, and product thinking for mobile apps and websites.
• Comfort with an iterative design process and acting on feedback.
• Strong collaboration with Design, PMs, and Engineering in Agile cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Framer), Jira, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers to create cascade materials, FAQs, and resources for each product, feature, and enhancement.
• Manage website content and ensure accuracy in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Oversee repository of app interfaces, push notif, SMS, in-app inbox, Viber, and email spiels, including logic and triggers.
• Write copy for user interfaces with correct grammar, cadence, and brand voice.
• Review business requirements to craft copy that fits objectives.
• Conduct research on user preferences and trends; stay current on UX patterns.
• Conduct A/B testing on copy and generate solutions from user feedback and usability metrics.

As the Product Content Manager, you’ll be managing the website content, maintain repositories for app interfaces and communication spiels, and ensure everything aligns with our brand voice. Together with the Product Managers, you’ll create materials for new products and app enhancements. Finally, you’re tasked to conduct A/B testing, and leverage research and customer feedback to optimize user experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers in creating cascade materials, FAQs, and resources for each Products, Features, and Enhancements of the app
• Manage the website’s content and align correctness and completeness with Product Managers
• Manage the repository of app interface, push notif, SMS, in-app inbox, Viber, and email spiels, including the logic and triggers for each
• Writes content for user interfaces in correct grammar, cadence, and brand voice
• Reviews business requirements to create copy that fits
• Conducts research and stays up to date on user preferences and trends
• Conducts A/B testing on copy
  • Creates solutions based on user feedback, usability testing and metrics
