Job summary

SnapMart Inc. Landers.ph E2E eCommerce is seeking a product-oriented professional to lead end-to-end product development from user feedback to feature launch. You will work with engineering and design teams, validate objectives with data, and define products with prioritized backlogs.

You will document solutions and align with stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and operations. The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement while delivering impactful ecommerce

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in Product related disciplines (i.e. Project Management, Software Development, QA, UX/UI Design), or E-commerce/Retail operations.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in global eCommerce markets, competition and customer/user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Become the driver and support in the end-to-end development of products: from gathering feedback from the users to leading the discovery sessions with engineering teams and design teams to model and launch a solution, making sure the builds are highly adopted by users
• Collaborate with the business teams to understand the problems and objectives validated and driven by data and analytics
• Responsible for the definition of the products and features. Helps prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with other stakeholders
• Writes the external and internal facing documentation of products and be responsible for the alignment of solutions with stakeholders
• Collaborate with the commercial, marketing and operations teams to ensure the success of the product launch
• Maintains a culture of excellence, commitment and ownership with good execution and continuous team and self-improvement
