Job Description

The Product Specialist supports the Product Manager in the delivery of new product builds and enhancements. This role focuses on day-to-day execution, documentation, and cross-team coordination, ensuring requirements are clear, progress is tracked, and new features are delivered smoothly.

The role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is highly organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn how products are built end to end.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing new product features and enhancements from planning to release
• Help translate product requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and task details
• Support backlog preparation, grooming, and sprint readiness
• Track development progress and follow up on action items
• Identify and elevate blockers, risks, or requirement gaps early
• Keep product boards and documentation up to date
• Act as a support point for day-to-day questions from Engineering, Design, and QA
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment before development and release
• Support UAT preparation, testing coordination, and bug tracking
• Maintain clear and organized product documentation
• Support release readiness activities and post-launch follow-ups
• Gather feedback and document improvement opportunities
• Perform other related duties and operational tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or management to support business needs

Must Have
