Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Procurement Systems & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the transformation of procurement into a smarter, data-driven function. You will champion digitalization, governance, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver lasting value across the organization.

You will serve as the process owner for procurement systems, governance frameworks, and performance analytics, ensuring standardized, compliant, and user-friendly processes.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to governance, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, or process improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience in ERP systems and procurement technologies is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in procurement or continuous improvement are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement digital transformation roadmap and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies and templates.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and process redesign to improve cycle times.
• Own the Procurement Intake (iRequest) governance and automation efforts.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and business units to align systems and governance.
