Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Procurement Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day sourcing, ensure compliant and efficient execution, and support governance across procurement activities.

You will drive supplier onboarding, contract administration, and cross-functional collaboration with Strategic Procurement to translate plans into operational results, strengthening supplier performance and process improvements for uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business admin, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience.
• Experience with ERP / P2P platforms (SAP/Oracle/Ariba/Coupa).
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage Business Units to understand procurement requirements, operational plans, and future sourcing needs.
• Execute operational sourcing activities, RFx prep, supplier sourcing, evaluations, negotiations, and award endorsement.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, contract implementation, and onboarding readiness for new suppliers.
• Prepare contract drafts using approved templates and manage contract routing, renewal, and terminations.
• Endorse awarded suppliers and terms to Purchase Fulfillment for PO execution.
• Build relationships with business units, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct tactical category management and supplier market intelligence to identify efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with 2GO procurement policies and governance standards.
