Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a senior procurement leader to shape how procurement evolves across the organization. You will own the Procurement Excellence agenda, driving digitalization, governance, and continuous improvement to maximize value and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize ERP and procurement technologies, and advance analytics to deliver measurable savings and improved user experience. A strong focus on change management and stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to governance, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, or process improvement.
• Minimum of 8 years of people management experience.
• Experience in ERP systems and procurement technologies is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in procurement or continuous improvement are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement Digital Transformation across systems, data governance, and analytics to enable smarter decisions.
• Own Governance frameworks and policy alignment with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
• Drive end-to-end procurement process redesign, standardization, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Oversee Procurement Intake governance (iRequest) and workflow automation to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, HR, and Business Units to align systems with enterprise priorities.
